We are not medical professionals

Novexa Labs, its owners, staff, contractors and marketing partners are not doctors, pharmacists or other registered health practitioners. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no content on this website, in our emails, on our social channels or from our AI tools should be treated as such.

AI Companion and Research Assistant

Our AI Companion and Research Assistant are automated software tools. They draw on publicly available information, including published literature, and generate suggestions based only on that knowledge base. That information may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect, and the tools do not know your personal medical history or circumstances.

Before using the AI Companion, you must tick a checkbox confirming you have read this disclaimer and accept full responsibility and liability for using the tool and for acting on, or following, any suggested uses. We keep a record of each acceptance (your account, the disclaimer version, your device's browser details and the date and time).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Novexa Labs from any claim, loss or damage arising from your use of the AI tools or from any action you take based on their output.

Acceptance

By using this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and purchasing for legitimate research purposes. You confirm you will handle, store and dispose of products in accordance with all laws that apply to you, and that you will not administer any product to a person or animal.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are shopping in (currently Australia). We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect misuse, a pricing error or a breach of these terms, and will refund any amount paid for a cancelled order.

Payments are processed by our third-party checkout provider. Subscription orders renew monthly until you cancel.

Shipping and risk

Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for ensuring products may lawfully be imported into and possessed in your location.

Returns

Because of their nature, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novexa Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from misuse of products or reliance on website or AI content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the product or refunding its price.

Indemnity

You indemnify Novexa Labs against any claim arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of any product, or your use of the AI tools.

Promotions and competitions

Monthly competition entries are awarded on paid orders and are subject to the rules published on the Competition page.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website at that time.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), delivery addresses, order history, details you choose to give the AI Companion (such as preferred name, age, weight and research focus), chat messages with our AI tools, disclaimer acceptance records, and basic technical data such as browser type.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, run your account, provide the AI Companion, send order and account emails, run competitions, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and keep records of disclaimer acceptances.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate: our checkout and payment provider, hosting and database providers, email delivery, shipping carriers and the AI service that powers our assistant. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Your data is stored with reputable cloud providers, which may be located outside your country. Access to your records is restricted to you and authorised staff.

Your choices

You can access and update your details from your account. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email support@novexalabs.shop. Some records, such as orders and disclaimer acceptances, may be kept where the law requires or to protect our legal rights.
