1. Entries are machine-issued
Our order system writes an entry record the moment an order is created: floor(subtotal ÷ ₱2,000). Staff cannot add, edit or delete entries.
2. The pool is sealed at month end
At 00:00 on the 1st, the month's entry pool is frozen and the totals published above become the audited figures for that draw.
3. The draw is seeded and hashed
A published seed selects the winning entry index. Seed, winner and entry total are hashed together, so the record cannot be altered after publication.
Terms & Conditions (Philippines)
- Open to Philippine residents aged 18 or over who are qualified research purchasers.
- One entry per ₱2,000 (PHP) spent, calculated on order subtotal excluding shipping.
- Entries are pooled per market — United States, Australia and Philippines each run their own separate monthly draw and prize pool.
- Entries reset at the start of each calendar month; the draw occurs on the 1st.
- Prizes are issued as store credit in PHP and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winners are notified by the email address on their Novexa Labs account.
- Cancelled or refunded orders forfeit the entries they generated.
- Winner names are shown as first name and surname initial only; full records are retained for audit and available to regulators on request.
Prize values are shown in PHP (equivalent to $500 in the global market).
